Luxury Travel Advisory Services for bespoke Italy & Europe journeys curated by Streets of Italy.
Client Service Agreement
Streets of Italy provides bespoke luxury travel advisory services including itinerary design, hotel booking coordination, restaurant recommendations, private experiences, and ongoing travel management. Services are provided through the Fora Travel network and may involve third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and Destination Management Companies. Streets of Italy acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary and does not directly operate travel services.
By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Service Fees & Billing
All planning and advisory fees are separate from the cost of travel bookings.
Trip Planning & Design: from $250+ depending on scope and complexity
Change / Modification Fee: $75 per change after itinerary approval
After-Hours Support: $150 per hour (9pm–8am PT and weekends)
Supplier Liaison (additional coordination): $100 per hour
Cancellation Processing Fee: $100–$250 depending on complexity
Rush Planning Fee (less than 7 days): +$150 surcharge
Planning fees are invoiced upon engagement and are non-refundable. Additional service fees are invoiced upon completion or monthly. All invoices are due within 7 days.
Changes & Modifications
Any changes made after itinerary approval require additional coordination with suppliers.
A $75 fee applies per modification. A modification includes any change to travel dates, hotels, room types, transportation, tours, dining reservations, or traveler details.
Changes made within 7 days of departure are subject to an additional $50 rush fee per change. Supplier cancellation or change penalties will be passed through to the Client in full. Availability cannot be guaranteed for any requested changes.
After-Hours & Emergency Support
Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm Pacific Time.
After-hours support applies to requests made between 9:00pm–8:00am PT, weekends, and U.S. federal holidays.
After-hours support is billed at $150 per hour in 30-minute increments with a 30-minute minimum.
This includes urgent itinerary disruptions, hotel or supplier issues, and time-sensitive travel coordination. Non-urgent requests will be handled during business hours at no additional charge.
In true emergencies such as medical or safety-related situations, reasonable assistance will be provided where possible regardless of time.
Cancellation Policy
If a trip is cancelled after bookings are confirmed, a cancellation processing fee of $100–$250 applies depending on complexity. Supplier cancellation fees will apply in full and may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies. Planning fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellation fees, delays, or unexpected disruptions.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate traveler information, documents, and preferences in a timely manner. The Client agrees to review itineraries within 5 business days of receipt, after which lack of response will be considered approval. The Client agrees to communicate all changes directly through the Advisor and respond within 48 hours during active planning periods to avoid delays. The Client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining travel insurance and managing all related claims.
Limitation of Liability
Streets of Italy acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers or force majeure events including weather, strikes, or travel disruptions. The quality, safety, and performance of third-party services are outside our control. Liability is limited strictly to fees paid for advisory services.
Commission Disclosure
Streets of Italy may receive commissions from hotels, suppliers, and travel partners through the Fora Travel network. These commissions do not increase the Client’s cost and may provide access to complimentary upgrades, credits, or amenities. This is standard practice within the luxury travel industry.
Agreement & Authorization
By engaging Streets of Italy, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and authorizes the Advisor to research, coordinate, and book travel services on their behalf with third-party suppliers.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
