Why Hotels Pay, Not You

Hotel Bookings, No Fee To You

The Amenities Advantage
Hotels and resorts have longstanding partnerships with travel agencies like
Fora Travel. When I book a property on your behalf, the hotel pays the agency a commission after your stay - the same model that has existed in the travel industry for decades. This arrangement costs you nothing and changes nothing about your rate. What it does mean is that the property has an added incentive to take excellent care of you, because my clients reflect my reputation with that hotel.
You receive the same rate you'd find booking directly - often better - plus the added amenities and attention that come with booking through an advisor with established partnerships. My services for hotel bookings are covered by the commission the hotel pays after your stay.
The benefits of booking through an advisor go well beyond a single agency's network. Through Fora Travel's preferred partnerships, consortium memberships, and direct hotel loyalty programs, I'm able to access a layered set of privileges that simply aren't available through any other booking channel - including complimentary breakfast, spa and resort credits, early check-in and late check-out, and room upgrades. These are extended through the advisor relationship, not the booking channel, which is why they can't be replicated by booking directly, through an OTA, or via a credit card travel portal.

Where Those Benefits Come From

Where Those Benefits Come From

When A Planning Fee Applies
My access to preferred rates
and amenities is drawn from multiple layers of partnerships, each one adding another level of access and recognition at the properties my clients love.
Fora Travel:
Preferred partnerships with 5,000+ properties across all categories globally.
Virtuoso:
One of the world's leading luxury travel consortiums, with exclusive amenity programs at top-tier hotels and resorts worldwide.
Hotel Loyalty Programs:
Direct relationships with luxury hotel groups - including Four Seasons, Belmond, Rosewood, and others - unlocking benefits available only through their advisor partnerships.
For trips that go beyond a hotel booking - detailed day-by-day itineraries, private experiences, ground transportation, and full-service concierge planning - a planning fee reflects the depth of work involved. We'll discuss this upfront, so there are never any surprises. Most clients use me for both: sometimes a simple hotel booking for a weekend away, sometimes a fully crafted multi-week itinerary.
I'm here for all of it.
